Five juveniles, who were initially arrested and charged following the death of computer scientist Divyendu Sinha of Old Bridge, New Jersey on June 28, were on Friday accused of Sinha's murder. The court also granted the prosecutor's request that they be tried as adults.Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J Kaplan announced that the five juveniles would be tried as adult defendants. The Indian American community has been demanding the same since Sinha's murder.
